Kiwanis Club of Greater Merced
Please JOIN us to continue our 65-year tradition of supporting our Merced children and family.
BECOME a MEMBER: Our club meets on Mondays (except holidays) at the Elks Club for a 12-noon lunch. We have evening socials at various locations during the year.
There is no obligation for Members to attend all our club meetings and socials because we understand about other obligations. As a Member, you must work six-4 hour shifts at Kiddieland during our season. Kiddieland is open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm during our operating season which runs the last weekend in March to the last weekend in October. We encourage all Members to become CPR certified; the training is provided by the club.
BECOME a VOLUNTEER: If you’re not sure about becoming a member, please consider becoming a Volunteer to assist with the running of the park during our Saturday or Sunday shifts.

Merced High Key Club
High school student members of Merced High Key Club perform acts of service in our community such as cleaning up parks, collecting clothing and organizing food drives. They are constantly working on values such as leadership, character building and caring for others in our community. Key Club members also put in many hours assisting Kiwanis members in operating rides at Kiddieland in Applegate Park.
Golden Valley High Key Club
High school student members of Golden Valley Key Club perform acts of service in our community such as cleaning up parks, collecting clothing and organizing food drives. They are constantly working on values such as leadership, character building and caring for others in our community. Key Club members also put in many hours assisting Kiwais members in operating rides at Kiddieland in Applegate Park.
